If you decide to eat at home, then the Trebetherick Stores which is 2 minutes away, has a wide range of basic provisions, fresh bread daily, local cheeses, wine and spirits and also stocks wonderful home cooked gourmet meals. You can place an order on their website and it will be delivered on arrival or you can collect it. Rock is 5 minutes drive away and has a butcher, baker and a fishmonger and there are also supermarkets in Wadebridge.
